You know how much I love all of the food that I eat, cheat day or not, because I really believe in a diet and training routine that is sustainable and for performance. So that always means no quick results, building instead of damaging metabolisms and enjoying all types of foods. I don’t recommend trying this, but I do think anything is ok in moderation and that it all shouldn’t be taken too seriously – we all have a life to live in the end (:
